The purpose of this study is to analyze the indoor daylight condition (Daylight Factor) of the existing building(1 floor) at UNC Charlotte. The current window-wall ratio(WWR) of this building is 40% and the window wall ratio will be changed to compare the indoor daylight condition.

In order to compare the daylight result, this research used DF(Daylight Factor)

DF = 100 * Ein / Eext

Ein = inside illuminance at a fixed point

Eext = outside horizontal illuminance under an overcast sky
